SNAP assists organisations and families, in supporting both, young people and people with a disability, through a variety of different programs.
SNAP is a registered, not-for-profit organisation, and is approved to provide services through the National Disabilty Insurance Agency (NDIA) and through the Office Of Children’s Guardian (OCG).
