SNAP is a registered, not-for-profit organisation, and is approved to provide services through the National Disabilty Insurance Agency (NDIA) and through the Office Of Children’s Guardian (OCG).
We reach out to our local community, assisting people with a disability, through a variety of engaging programs.

Our team or support workers engage directly with those who need help, and takes them on a journey of fun, friendship & living life to it’s fullest.
Our flexible delivery options enable us to provide fast response in times of crisis or emergency.
Activities are supported by NDIA, FACS, AD&HC, Life Without Barriers, Samaritans, Leapfrog Ability, Commonwealth Carers and other agencies. You too may be eligible for support!
